it was marvellous and good very close to downtown. the owner helped me a lot. my stay was such wonderful, would happily go back again.

Considering location, it has absolutely perfect setting very close to downtown. The host, Olivier, makes you feel at home. There's views to the river Loire and Cathedral😃🙂😀

The apartment was comfortable very close to the Loire Valley, shops and restaurants and the centre of Tours and all amenities, that's what we were expecting. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

The bathroom here was mouldy.

stayed in tours before, but Loire Terrasse exceeded expectations this time. Oliver, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had stunning views of the river and cathedral. Highly recommend!

Having spent five nights at this place, I can say it was a delightful experience. This wasn't my first time staying here, and I genuinely think it's worth checking out. 👍

I always stay at this place in Tours, it's perfect for me. The staff once returned my forgotten shower bag. It has Wi-Fi, an off-site car park, an electric kettle, cookware, a flat-screen TV, a lift. I come back every weekend.

The apartment at Loire Terrasse was so cozy and inviting! The warm colors and comfy furniture made us feel right at home. We loved the free WiFi, which let us easily share our amazing experiences with friends and family. It was perfect for us, as we enjoy staying connected during our travels.

Personally, we found the lighting in the apartment a bit dim for our liking. But hey, that's just our preference!

Our stay at Loire Terrasse was fantastic! We had a great time exploring Tours and the beautiful Loire Valley. Olivier, our host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had amazing views of the river Loire and the Cathedral. We loved having breakfast on the balcony and enjoying the panoramic view. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and city center. Olivier even provided a parking spot for us. a superb apartment and a wonderful host, making for an exceptional stay.

Prompt and helpful owner who greeted us at the train station, provided champagne for our anniversary, and delicious French breakfast. He lives next door and quickly addressed any issues. Comfortable and clean apartment with parking spot. Exceeded expectations, would definitely stay again.

It was conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. the owner, Olivier, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly responsive, even meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. As a special touch, he surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. the breakfast he prepared, with a loaf of bread, delicious French jam, and cookies from the Loire Valley, was delightful. Olivier's presence next door provided reassurance and assistance whenever needed. Loire Terrasse exceeded our expectations and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Clean and spacious apartment with complete kitchen utensils. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and cathedral. Great location and neighborhood. Comfortable for family. Amazing host, Olivier, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a romantic escape. We loved having a complete kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The neighborhood was great, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the city - we were within walking distance of the cathedral and other attractions. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although our experience was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. The bed was a bit hard and thin, which was different from what we're used to at home.
